We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if an item is mispriced, out of stock, or unavailable due to production limitations. Payment must be made in full before your order is processed.

3. Shipping

We deliver nationwide within South Africa. Delivery times may vary depending on location, but we aim to dispatch within 4–7 working days. Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. Flicker & Flame is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping information.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, returns for change of mind are not accepted. However, if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order (see our full [Return & Refund Policy]).

All products should be used as intended. Candles should never be left unattended while burning, and should be kept away from children, pets, and flammable objects. Care instructions are provided to ensure safety and product longevity.
