Shipping policy
At Flicker & Flame, each candle and eco-resin piece is made with care, intention, and attention to detail. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, we ask for a little patience while we prepare your order to perfection.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4–7 working days after payment is received. Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Please note that during peak periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you informed.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship nationwide within South Africa using trusted courier partners.

Local delivery: 1–3 business days (after dispatch)

Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are calculated at a standard delivery fee (R130). Free shipping may apply to select promotional offers or minimum spend thresholds — keep an eye out on our homepage or mailing list!
Delivery Details
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Flicker & Flame cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the courier.
