At Flicker & Flame, each candle and eco-resin piece is handcrafted with care and intention. We take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

Due to the artisanal nature of our items, we unfortunately do not offer returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to make it right.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at orders@flickerandflame.co.za. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Refunds & Replacements

If your item is damaged in transit or there is a manufacturing fault, we will gladly issue a refund or send a replacement. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the issue has been assessed and approved.
